We are a family owned and operated business based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and have recently opened our second location adjacent to Bethany Blues Restaurant in Lewes, Delaware. My father, Bill, and I run our markets with the pride and experience that goes hand in hand with the five generations our family has been in the meat business. When you walk into one of our markets, you can be assured that you will get nothing less than the best personal service and only the highest quality meat products available. We simply will not settle for anything less.

Hickman's is the only meat market in the state to handle only prime beef. If you don't know what that means, let me put it to you this way; only a very small percentage of beef produced in the entire country even meets the standards we have set. When you eat a Hickman's steak, you are eatting the best. In addition to the superior quality of our beef, we provide you with the finest pork, domestic lamb, Catelli veal, and local organic poultry available. All of these top of the line products are hand cut to your specifications. In other words, you're not just grabbing a pre-packaged steak off the shelf; you're getting exactly what you want each and every time. We also offer a full line of deli meats and gourmet cheeses as well as our own homemade fresh sausages (including German Bratwust, Sweet and Hot Italian, Polish Kielbasa, and Sage Breakfast Sausage to name a few) bacon smoked in our own smokehouses, hams, smoked poultry and a full line of smoked sausages.
